GMV, as a leading company in the international defense sector, is a fixture of CESEDEN courses’ scheduled meetings with industry companies.During their visit to GMV, the participants were able to learn about its technological capabilities in the fields of artificial intelligence, space, ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance), aeronautics, and command and control systems, reinforcing the company’s leading role in defense innovation.GMV presented its C4ISR solutions, integrated with NATO standards, as well as some of its artificial intelligence projects underway with various national and international agencies for data fusion, decision support, and management of unmanned systems.As for tactical RPAS, participants were able to get a look at AUREA’s platforms, with mini-and micro-drones designed for intelligence work. The ISR SAPIIEM suite, which manages and processes intelligence data interoperating with NATO infrastructure, was also shown.In the aeronautical field, the company’s participation in programs such as EuroMALE and SIRTAP (providing critical navigation and flight control systems) and its participation in the FCAS program were presented.The visit concluded with an overview of GMV’s participation as a national leader in various space programs, followed by a conversation about the topics covered.
