IGNSS 2015 Symposium

From 14 to 16 July, GMV will participate at the International IGNSS 2015 Symposium, to be held in Queensland, Australia.

Javier Ostolaza González, GMV´s Head of SBAS Evolutions GNSS/ADS Section at GMV, and his team will provide a presentation of the magicGNSS architecture and the magicSBAS platform based on a real-time testbed using GNSS reference stations in Australia.

As well as a demonstration of the software platform, GMV will also provide an outside field demonstration of the magicGNSS capabilities delivering real-time corrections to an SBAS capable receiver.

These demonstrations will be the first ever Australian demonstration of an aviation style Space Based Augmentation System (SBAS) providing correction and integrity information generated using Australian reference stations. The SBAS Test Bed has been developed by GMV working with key Australian Government agencies.
