Space Robotics and Autonomy and their Terrestrial Applications

On Thursday 16 February Alberto Medina Andrés, head of GMV’s Robotics Section, will give a chat to the students of Alicante University’s new Robotics Engineering Course.

The title of the chat is “Space Robotics and Autonomy and their Terrestrial Applications”. It includes an introduction to space robotics systems; requirements, scenarios and restrictions and description of planetary-exploration (rovers), in orbit servicing and on-ground testing facilities.
