Data-based financial innovation and Spain’s Financial System Digital Transformation Law

The Banking Law Section (Sección de Derecho Bancario) of Madrid’s Lawyers’ Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid: (ICAM) has organized the conference “Data-based financial innovation and Spain’s Financial System Digital Transformation Law (Ley 7/2020, de 13 de noviembre, para la transformación digital del sistema financiero) to be held at 19.00 hours on 8 February.

Roberto López Navarro, Financial Sector Manager of GMV’s Secure e-Solutions Sector will be taking part in the think tank to analyze the sector from the legal-security and data-based-information point of view, as essential elements in the development of new financial-product and customer-segmentation risk models.
