Users must guarantee the accuracy of the facts and data provided, assuming the legal and disciplinary consequences that may derive from providing facts that are clearly false or intentionally harmful to third parties.

The following is information related to processing the data deriving from the use of this whistleblower channel:

GMV INNOVATING SOLUTIONS S L (hereinafter, “GMV"), B-85717775, with registered offices in C/ Isaac Newton (PTM) 11, Tres Cantos, 28760 (Madrid), shall be responsible for processing the personal details included in this whistleblower channel.

The personal details provided will be treated based on the existence of public interest in having an internal reporting information system.

Your details will be processed solely by internal GMV personnel responsible for managing your complaint, report or claim, to do the internal control or supervision work in the working environment. Depending on the nature of the events, the facts may also be sent to the personnel responsible for human resource management at GMV, to apply the appropriate disciplinary actions, as well as to other GMV companies that may be involved in the process. If the events reported lead to any penal or administrative liability, the processed details may be reported to the courts or competent authorities to determine said liabilities.

The data will be processed as long as the events reported to GMV are being processed. After that, the data will be blocked until they are permanently eliminated for a period of 3 months, except as provided for in the paragraph above.

At any time, the interested party may exercise their corresponding rights to access, rectification, suppression, opposition and limitation of processing, as well as the portability of your personal details and to revoke any consent that has been given.
