GMV will be taking part in the forthcoming UITP Global Public Transport Summit, to be held in Barcelona from 4 to 7 June.

The theme, “Bright Light of the City,” evokes the idea of public transportation in Barcelona as giving passengers the freedom to discover the city, commute to work, and meet up with friends and family. Public transportation brings light to any city and invigorates the lives of all those who use it. It provides more than just a necessary service; it lights up the cityscape and is simply the brightest decision one can make to get around the city.

The summit will consist of large plenary sessions, interactive workshops, panel discussions, lunch debates, and focused sessions featuring the latest innovations from exhibitors.

At the event, GMV will present its global solutions for the transportation market, such as its CAD/AVL systems for urban public transportation, its on-demand transportation solutions for rural areas, and its ticketing equipment and solutions. GMV’s stand (# 6F210) will also feature customized demonstrations of fleet management systems.
