Gamification in hiring processes

On the upcoming days of 18 and 19 January, GMV will be carrying out selection processes using GAMIFICATION techniques. After the resounding success first time around, GMV is once more harnessing this groundbreaking TALENT-recruitment technique. Gamification allows us to weigh up various interpersonal skills and abilities by means of practical cases and tests in a game environment.
Selected candidates will then receive training in C++ programming with the possibility of joining GMV’s team.
