This was the latest edition of the world’s largest technical meeting and showcase for global navigation satellite system (GNSS) technologies, products, and services. Organized by the not-for-profit organization Institute of Navigation (ION), the event brought together numerous international leaders in GNSS and other fields related to positioning, navigation, and timing, for the purpose of presenting research, demonstrating new technologies, exchanging ideas, and discussing current policies affecting the industry. At this year’s event, which GMV was able to attend in person again after COVID‑19 restrictions had prevented this in 2020 and 2021, the company presented 19 articles as lead author, and an additional 6 articles as a co-author. GMV also had its own stand, where it displayed the magicGNSS family of products the company has developed. It also presented some of its other applications and new developments in the field of satellite navigation, such as the GNSS CORS Network, magicSBAS®, magicGEMINI®, eclayr®, and detector. As a reflection of GMV’s leadership position in the satellite navigation market, the company’s presence was especially notable because more than a dozen GMV employees, from the company’s locations in Spain, the United Kingdom, and Portugal, were able to attend the event this year.
