The conference is organized by the National Cryptologic Centre (CCN) and Spain’s National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE), with the support of the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism’s CSIRT Americas Network, a part of the Organization of American States (OAS). The three-day event will bring together leading figures in the world of cybersecurity, with the aim of promoting and publicizing the activities and cooperation mechanisms of Latin American and Spanish organizations and companies, thus strengthening cybersecurity in the international arena. GMV, as a GOLD sponsor of the conference, will be represented by Óscar Gaspar, GMV’s LATAM country manager, who will speak on “Cybersecurity in the post-Quantum era” in the platinum room on March 16 at 5 p.m. Gaspar will review the state of the art, evolution and impact of quantum computing in the world of cybersecurity. As an example, he will present the CUCO project, under which GMV is leading a consortium to research the use of quantum technology and its application in strategic industries.
