The current control centers for MEASAT-3, manufactured by Boeing Satellite Systems and MEASAT-3a, manufactured by Orbital Sciences Corporation will be both migrated from their current real time system solutions into GMV’s hifly. This will provide MEASAT with a unified control center. Previously, GMV’s flight dynamics software, focusgeo, was supplied for MEASAT-3a; however, this is the first time GMV will provide with hifly software to MEASAT’s satellite control center GMV will deploy the hardware and software for the satellite control center utilizing its proven software, hifly, and its flight dynamics suite, focusgeo, into MEASAT’s facilities at Cyberjaya and backup at Bukit Jalil stations, both located in the surroundings of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. MEASAT is a key customer in Asia in which GMV has increased its presence over the last year.
