ICEX Multilateral Workshop: United Nations Agencies in Quart de Poblet, Valencia

Spain’s public exporting and foreign investment company, known as ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, in collaboration with the country’s Economic and Trade Office in New York, the Valencia Regional Trade Office, the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, and the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), are co-organizing an ICEX Multilateral Workshop on UNGSC procurement. This event will be held in the Quart de Poblet neighborhood of the city of Valencia, Spain, on May 10-11, 2023.

This is a multilateral workshop presented for Spanish companies, with the purpose of providing information about the activities of the various United Nations agencies that will be represented at the event, including their needs for purchasing goods and services, the procedures they follow, and the opportunities that their activities can present. Jonas Porcar, GMV’s Multilateral Organizations Account Manager, will be attending on behalf of the company.

The activities will consist of a seminar featuring participation by the agencies UNGSC, UNICC, UNICEF, and IOM. The seminar will then be followed by a series of individualized meetings scheduled in advance with the participating companies. The companies will be able to request these meetings, but the United Nations agencies will select the companies that best fit with their interests.
