The study was presented in the international conference held by ISMS Forum. A panel discussion chaired by Mariano J. Benito, Working Group Coordinator of Cloud Security Alliance Spain and CISO of GMV, showed the degree of maturity of this model in Spain, with an increase in the use of cloud and in the levels demanded from service providers. A direct consequence of the maturity of the Cloud Computing model is client satisfaction with cloud service providers (CSPs). These clients assess its quality positively and are in general increasingly satisfied with the service level and results.
