The event is organized by the National Cybersecurity Institute (Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad: INCIBE) with the aim of promoting cybernetic security and attracting budding ICT talent. A brand new feature at this year’s conference was the attention given to family and internet security. Cybercamp attracted a 10,000 turnout while another 12,000 watched it online (doubling last year’s total turnout live and by streaming). Over 100 experts and scores of specialist security firms also attended the event.
