UITP 2017

GMV will be present at the 62nd UITP Global Public Transport Summit, held this year from 15 to 17 May 2017 in Montreal.

This year’s summit is being held under the slogan “LEAD the TRANSITion”, which sums up the current public-transport trend.

Digitalization and advances in green energy are driving lightning-quick changes in urban mobility and the sector as a whole. In an increasingly globalized world the sector cannot afford to stand on the sidelines: it needs to make sure it is leading innovation at the very forefront of these changes.

The summit program will consist of plenary sessions, interactive workshops, panel discussions, breakfast/lunch sessions plus parallel sessions designed to showcase exhibitors’ latest breakthroughs.

During the event GMV will be displaying its whole range of solutions for the transport market, such as its advanced fleet-management and passenger-information systems for urban public transport, demand-response solutions for rural areas and all its ticketing solutions and equipment. GMV’s stand (number 2C115) will be giving personalized demos of its fleet-management systems.
