LIBRECON

LIBRECON is southern Europe’s international benchmark event dealing with open source technology applied to strategically important sectors of the economy. It was born as the union between the two great national and European technological innovation events in open source: LibreCon, last held in Bilbao and attracting a turnout of more than 1500, and CEBIT, principal global barometer of the information technologies and open knowledge.

Javier Zubieta, Marketing and Communications Manager of GMV’s Secure e-Solutions sector, will be one of the speakers analyzing cybersecurity in an “understandable” way (13.00 hours). The “Understandable” concept is based on explaining complex matters in a way that can be simply understood by laymen. Cybersecurity is one of these complex matters that it is well worthwhile making understandable to the whole world, precisely because it affects the whole world.
