Annual HispaRob Conference
GMV is taking part in the Annual HispaRob Conference (Jornada Anual HispaRob), an event organized by the Spanish Technological Robotics Platform (Plataforma Tecnológica Española de Robótica: HispaRob) and to be held on 22 November in the Universidad Carlos III of Leganés.
This event forms part of European Robotics Week (18–27 November, 2016), with more than a week of 700 robotics-related events throughout the whole of Europe (https://eu-robotics.net/robotics_week/about/index.html).
The conference will be divided into several types of activities: an educational/awareness-raising program, an exhibition and demo zone, chats, lectures and panel discussions.
GMV will be showcasing some of its robotics solutions and inhouse developments in the exhibition and demo zone, involving such areas as maritime robots, security and defense robots, aerial robots and collaborative robots. It will also be displaying the activities it is currently carrying out in the international robotics competitions ARGOS and MBZIRC.
Juan Carlos Llorente, GMV’s head of robotics business development, will also be taking part in the panel discussion “Spain’s robotics sector in figures”.
