Paris Space Forum
On 11-12 November, the Paris Peace Forum will take place in Paris in the presence of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic and Catherine Colonna, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
Every year since 2018, the Paris Peace Forum has highlighted governance projects and initiatives that propose specific solutions and actions in the face of global challenges. These solutions are characterized by their international and multi-stakeholder dimension and their ability to bring about lasting change within global governance.
Founded on the idea that international cooperation is key to overcoming global challenges and ensuring lasting peace, the Paris Peace Forum’s mission is to bring together all actors in global governance – Heads of State and Government, international organizations, local governments, NGOs, foundations, businesses, the media, trade unions, religious groups and citizens – so that every year they are able to engage in dialogue under one roof.
The 5th edition of the Paris Peace Forum will focus on the theme of “Riding out the multicrisis” and on preventing a destructive world polarization that would jeopardize collective efforts. The participating speakers and experts will work on mitigating these multiple shocks by fostering a cooperative world order and renewed multilateralism. Through transnational solutions, initiatives and debates, the Forum will put forward examples of resolve, resilience and solidarity. This will help address today’s most pressing issues in a volatile and fast-changing context.
Miguel Ángel Molina, Deputy General Manager of GMV´s Space Systems EST, and Marius Stanciu-Manolescu, Business Development Executive Manager of GMV´s Space Systems EST, will be taking part in round tables as part of the Net Zero Space initiative, to which GMV is a signatory.
