Jorge Potti

Jorge Potti holds a degree in Advanced Aeronautical Engineering from the Department of Advanced Aeronautical Engineering at Madrid Polytechnic University, and he has also completed a Senior Executive Program at IESE Business School.

He began his career at GMV in 1986. In the early years of his employment there he worked as a project engineer, then later as a project manager. In 1997, he was appointed as manager of the satellite control centers unit, and he held that position until 2001, when he was appointed as manager of the sales department. In January 2009, he became GMV’s general manager for the Space sector, and he remained in that position until October 2022, when he took on the duties of Strategy corporate Director.

Since 2016, he has also served as Vice‑Chair for Space at the Spanish Association of Defense, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies (TEDAE).
