The ESAW provides an international forum for systems experts to constructively exchange ideas and anticipate innovative technology trends on mission operations data systems architecture including: mission control, preparation and planning, data analysis, archiving and distribution, automation, ground station monitoring and control systems, space-to-ground communications services, and support systems. The ESA is calling for a series of presentations covering all aspects of mission operations data systems, focusing on collaboration and common solutions for conventional space missions, but also for new areas such as space security, integrated applications, constellations, CubeSats, HAPS, robotics, Mars and Moon exploration (including Gateway and astronauts-in-the-loop), New Space, Space-as-a-Service, etc. In addition, special attention is given to the implementation of innovative solutions using software technologies in development, such as virtualization, cloud computing, containerization, DevSecOps, software defined networks, Big Data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, augmented reality/virtual reality, cybersecurity, model based system engineering, digital twin, and quantum computing.
