GMV fosters young talent through the Global Talent Internship Program

In its ongoing drive to foster the development of young talent and meet the growing demand in the IT sector, GMV has successfully kicked off its Global Talent Internship Program. In February the company will take on 81 new engineering interns in its various branches and offices in Spain.

This program gives engineering and technical vocational training students the opportunity to immerse themselves in innovative projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. On February 5^th, 12 engineering degree students joined the Valladolid branch offices and on Monday February 12^th, a significant milestone was reached with the incorporation of 50 interns into GMV in a single day. In view of this exceptional number of new recruits the company once again organized a special welcome day to guide the new talents on their first day.

The Global Talent Internship Program, in line with previous editions, enjoyed a great reception, reflecting the growing demand for qualified technical professionals in the IT sector. The technological revolution and digitalization are generating a growing need for experts in various fields of technology, and GMV has responded actively by committing itself to education.

In line with this commitment GMV works closely with training centers and universities. The company not only encourages students to choose technical training paths from an early age but also takes an active part in their training process. The aim is to give young talents the chance to build up their careers in GMV and contribute to the company's ongoing growth.
