This tradefair is held yearly in Kielce, attracting the home and foreign industry to showcase defense technology and developments on land, sea and air.GMV's participation focused on the space sector, with a slot in the zone reserved for the Polish Space Industry Association (SPACE PL) and the Polish Space Agency (POLSA). In this 26th tradefair of the series GMV showcased its inhouse space products and solutions, laying special stress on the areas of Space Situational Awareness and Space Surveillance and Tracking (SSA/SST), onboard software and GNSS technology.During the event GMV's stand received visits from leading figures of the industry like Robert Nowicki, Head of Polish Delegation to ESA, representative of Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology; Grzegorz Brona, President of the Polish Space Agency; representatives of the Ministry of Defense; and representatives of Polish and foreign firms. This event also served as a meeting point with other companies like ADS Group, Lockheed Martin, Thales Alenia Space, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and MDA. MSPO 2018, held from 4 to 7 September, chalked up an excellent turnout; 34,106 visitors made their way to Kielce's tradefair site to see the products and services of 625 exhibitors from 31 countries.
