Transfiere 2024

Transfiere, the European Forum for Science, Technology, and Innovation, taking place from March 20 to 22 at the Trade Fair and Congress Center of Málaga (FYCMA), will once again boast participation from GMV in its agenda. The exhibition hall will also have a corner stand for the Ricardo Valle Innovation Institute (Innova IRV) and Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía (CTA), institutions in which the multinational engineering firm is a member. 

Luis Fernando Álvarez-Gascón, Secure e-Solutions director at GMV, will moderate the INNOVA IRV panel delving into the “Leadership Opportunities in European Data Innovation Spaces” on the first day. Patricia Tejado, the company’s Digital Public Services director, will participate in the roundtable on “The Innovation Ecosystem of Castile and León” focusing her talk on the role of large companies in these ecosystems and how this role can be maximized in the case of the emblematic cybersecurity initiative in Castile and León. Within the framework of this event, IRV and GMV will also endorse the inclusion of technology at the Research Institute. 

More than 500 companies and R&D+i ecosystem institutions and professionals from more than 20 counties will attend this 13th edition, as the mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, stated at the presentation of the event at the Madrid office of the CSIC (Superior Council of Scientific Research), to the general secretary of Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities of the government of Spain, Teresa Riesgo; the vice president of Innovation and Transfer, Ana Castro; the general secretary of Research and Innovation of the Department of Universities, Research, and Innovation of the government of Andalusia, Antonio Posadas; and the vice chancellor of Innovation, Employment, and Entrepreneurship of the University of Castille-La Mancha and executive secretary of Crue R&D+i, Ángela González.
