GMV displays its space products and services to the Asian market
GMV has taken part in APSCC 2015 (Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council), the benchmark space event in the Asia-Pacific region, held this year in Seoul, South Korea, from 22 to 24 September.
After the success of APSCC 2014 held in Phuket, Thailand, the eighteenth conference was held in South Korea. It was especially designed to bring the top satellite operators, manufacturers, service providers, consultants, government personnel and also end users in contact with the key stakeholders of the space industry.
Under the watchword "Stay Connected” APSCC 2015 brought together over 500 professionals and leaders of the space industry and helped to identify new business lines while also serving as a forum to swap notes in a constantly evolving market.
As in former conferences GMV was invited to take part as speaker, this year in the session dealing with New Developments in Ground Systems and Equipment. This involved a review of the roadmap of GMV’s products, in particular compatibility with new satellite platforms, the management of constellations, planning and automation of operations and, last but not least, payload optimization, highlighting technological advantages recently phased in and the evolutions scheduled for upcoming years.
As part of the company’s participation in this conference GMV also ran a stand showcasing its wide range of space products and services.
