GMV at London’s ATM Security 2011

On 18 and 19 October London hosted the ATM Security 2011 Congress, giving sector experts a chance to meet up with each other, exchange points of view and discuss the burning issues.

GMV played a key part in the congress. Its Global Business Development Director, Rafael Navajo, gave an interesting presentation on “Logical Fraud at ATMs”. Logical fraud, encompassing cybercrime, malware and hacking, poses a growing threat to ATM network security. The presentation was enthusiastically received by a large audience.

Rafael Navajo also intervened together with Elisa Ibáñez of IT ATM and Contact Center Manager of La Caixa, presenting some of the main dangers including a case study of how terminals can be protected.

GMV’s stand was one of the most visited in the exhibition area, attracting many trade professionals interested in GMV’s groundbreaking ATM security solutions.
