GMV reinforces its commitment to technological vocational training
As part of the Global Talent Internship program, GMV welcomed 26 students from its Madrid and Valladolid sites in March and April.
The new colleagues were welcomed on March 11 in the Boecillo branch office (Valladolid) and on April 2 in a welcome ceremony and presentation of Grupo GMV on the premises of the headquarters in Tres Cantos (Madrid). At this event, they were given a detailed overview of GMV's business areas, organizational structure, and other relevant aspects that will enable them to make the most of this internship period.
All 26 students joined GMV's team as interns and will have the chance to develop their knowledge in various areas of the organization, immersed in a real working environment and cutting-edge technological projects. Over three months, the interns will complete their training in IT Systems Administration, Multiplatform Application Development, Web Application Development, and Electronic Maintenance. Afterward, GMV offers real possibilities of joining the organization, depending on the performance and skills demonstrated by the students.
GMV is therefore firmly committed to professional development, offering opportunities for a wide range of profiles. At the same time, it values the diversity of technical skills and recognizes it as a fundamental pillar for driving collective excellence.
GMV encourages close collaboration between educational institutions and the company, on the understanding that this synergy is crucial for technological progress and innovation. GMV's Global Talent Internship program therefore represents the company's commitment to quality training and the promotion of employability. Year after year the number of vocational training scholarship students increases, clearly reflecting GMV's appreciation of the technical training and specialization offered by these programs.
