ChiliTV Video-On-Demand’s client management system
ChiliTV, an Italian company that distributes on-demand multimedia content, has turned to GMV for setting up a back-end system to improve ChiliTV Video-On-Demand’s billing system and enhance the quality of its client-attention procedures.
Chili wanted to develop an automated video billing system. This system would have to include automatic billing of clients using different forms of payment such as credit cards, PayPal or e-Wallet. To enhance the client experience the system would have to cater for quick and flexible activation and creation of payments and fees to ensure complete traceability between its ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The system would therefore be able to manage not only email requests but their subsequent monitoring, doing so in the least time-consuming way. This would entail a significant improvement in client management and also encourage the ongoing loyalty of clients and subscribers.
On the strength of its past experience in integrating ERP and CRM systems, GMV opted for Openbravo as the tool best suited to CHILI’s needs. As for the client- and data-management of its CRM, the chosen platform was SugarCRM. These are without any doubt two powerful systems that fall perfectly in line with the client’s brief.
