GMV Sponsors Global ATM Industry Association
ATMIA announced today that GMV has become a global sponsor of the association.
“With a leading position worldwide in technology and security, we were delighted to have GMV contribute to the development of our just-published ATM Software Security Best Practices. We are delighted to extend and deepen this important relationship through a new global sponsorship,” commented Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA. “We welcome and appreciate their great support of our association, its members and our industry work, especially in the area of ATM security”
Luis F. Alvarez-Gascón General Manager of GMV Secure eSolutions commented: “For more than 15 years GMV has been contributing and sharing its knowledge and expertise in advanced technologies applied to the logical security field. Security has been placed at the core of GMV’s added value proposition, as it is one the main areas of concern for organizations as information gains more and more relevance to business and individuals. Therefore, GMV is pleased to strengthen its cooperation with an association like ATMIA. Both entities’ objectives are equally aligned to provide secure e-solutions to organizations, therefore making life easier and safer to companies and users.
This collaboration started in a conference in London, with the presentations of Checker, a software product specifically designed to prevent ATM Fraud, and Codelogin, a software product that uses cell phones as security tokens to ensure secure online registrations processes and which improves accessibility.
This active participation will develop further by sharing GMV’s security know-how in several countries around the world, like the United Kingdom, Spain, Russia, and the United States of America.”
