Awards and recognitions given to GMV throughout its history
Ana Herrera, head of Smart Cities business development at the GMV subsidiary dedicated to intelligent transportation systems, received the Women in Traffic Management award from the Association of Traffic Engineers and Mobility Technicians.
The award recognizes the efforts of women in the government, universities, and private businesses who have worked intensively in the area of traffic, especially promoting traffic engineering in Spain.
As part of the 2019 Securmática Awards, GMV was recognized with one of the SIC awards for the Galileo project, in which cybersecurity is the key element.

At the 32nd edition of the International Security Awards organized by Seguritecnia, GMV received the Research (R&D) Activity Trophy for the VirtualPAC project, a secure deployment, management, and operations solution for control systems used in an industrial plant's operation and control network.
The World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) recognized HEXIN, the big data platform for epidemiological and clinical data processing at the Galician Health Service (SERGAS) in the e-Health Solutions Innovation category. Developed with GMV technology, the project is pioneering in the region of Galicia, offering more than 300 healthcare professionals information made up of preset reports with clinically relevant statistical data and a total of over 800 corporate documents in the public domain.

The SIG project developed by GMV for Redes Energéticas Nacionais (REN), the Portuguese company dedicated primarily to managing the national public power distribution system, received the SAG award (Special SIG Achievement), which recognizes the most significant, innovative, and impactful project of the year.
